Wedding Ceremony Coordination Includes: -Final consultation 4-6 weeks prior to review all ceremony details. - Creation and distribution of a ceremony timeline to all involved parties. - Confirmation of officiant, musicians/DJ, and all ceremony vendors. - Coordination of ceremony rehearsal - Overseeing ceremony setup- chairs, decor, florals, and aisle arrangements. - Management of music cues for prelude, processional,, and recessional. - Cueing wedding party for processional order and timing. - Guidance for special ceremony elements (unity candle, sand ceremony, readings). - Acting as point of contact for vendors, wedding party, and family members. - Assisting with guest seating and VIP/Family ushering. We have ushers available if needed. - Troubleshooting and handling any last-minute issues discreetly. - Ensuring smooth ceremony flow from start to "I do". Our Ceremony only coordination service ensures your vows are the focus while we handle every behind-the scenes detail.
