Day-of Wedding Coordination Unlimited Includes: - Final consultation 4-6 weeks before the wedding to review all plans and details. -Creation of a detailed wedding-day timeline and distribution to vendors and wedding party. - Confirmation of all vendor arrangements and arrival times. - Coordination of ceremony rehearsal. - On-site management on the wedding day for 8 hours - Oversight of ceremony and reception set up to match your vision. - Supervision of ceremony setup and decor placement to match your vision. - Acting as primary point of contact for vendors, guests, and the wedding party. - Cueing wedding party for ceremony processional and special moments. - Coordination of grand entrance, speeches, special dances, cake cutting, and other key events. - Management of the timeline to keep the day running smoothly. - Handling of unexpected issues of emergencies with professionalism and discretion for any last minute changes or emergencies. - Coordination of vendor load out and collection of personal decor items after the event. -End of night assistance to ensure all personal belongings, gifts, and keepsakes are packed and secured. - Assistance with tear-down - Includes 2 assistants.
