Day-of Wedding Coordination Includes: - Final consultation 4-6 weeks before the wedding to review all plans and details. -Creation of a detailed wedding-day timeline and distribution to vendors and wedding party. - Confirmation of all vendor arrangements and arrival times. - Coordination of ceremony rehearsal. - On-site management on the wedding day for 8 hours - Oversight of ceremony and reception set up to match your vision. - Acting as primary point of contact for vendors, guests, and the wedding party. - Cueing wedding party for ceremony processional and special moments. - Coordination of grand entrance, speeches, special dances, cake cutting, and other key events. - Management of the timeline to keep the day running smoothly. - Handling of unexpected issues of emergencies with professionalism and discretion, - Includes 1 assistant You've planned every detail of your big day- now let us handle the rest so you can truly enjoy it. Our Day-of Coordination service ensures your wedding runs smoothly from start to finish. We step in about 4-6 weeks before your wedding to review your plans, confirm details with vendors, and create a seamless timeline. On the wedding day, we'll be your behind-the-scenes problem solvers- managing the schedules, cueing ther ceremony, keeping vendors on track, and handling any unexpected hiccups- so you and your loved ones can be fully present in every moment. Your only job is to show up, soak it in, and say "I do." We'll handle the rest. If over 2 hours away from Menomonee Falls a hotel stay will need to be added to the bill. If you do need help with tear down or extra hours these are negotiable add on fees.
